Two, and we tell you upfront: WhatsApp’s message fee (your first 1,000 replies each month are free) and the AI usage fee. Both are charged at cost, with no markup. For a business with about 1,500 replies a month, that’s roughly S$20–50 a month.

Common questions
Usually not. Your current WhatsApp Business number keeps working alongside the AI admin, and you can still reply from the app. If Meta says your number isn’t eligible, we’ll help you set up a new one.
Prices and stock only ever come from the data you fill in. Before going live, your AI admin is tested on 30 questions. If a customer complains or asks for you, the chat is handed straight to you.
A care plan (from S$23 a month) if you’d like us to keep an eye on things, plus WhatsApp and AI usage at cost. We put the full estimate in your proposal before you pay anything.
Your business data stays in your own Google Sheet. We keep chat history for 24 hours only, so the AI can follow the conversation, then it’s deleted automatically. We follow Singapore’s PDPA.
