Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Bisnis Aja Yuk collects, why we collect it, and how we look after it. We follow Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
We only ask for what we need. When you register for a webinar or class, or book a consult, we collect:
- your name
- your WhatsApp number
- your email address (optional when you book a consult)
- your business name and business type
- what you’d like your AI admin to handle, and which package interests you (consult form only)
We also record when you agreed to this policy, and which link brought you to our site, if there was one.
Why we use it
- To confirm your registration and send you the class or webinar link.
- To remind you the day before your session.
- To tell you when a recording is ready.
- To reply to your consult request on WhatsApp and prepare your proposal.
- To run the AI admin we set up for you, if you become a client.
We don’t sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Payments
Class payments are handled by Stripe, by PayNow or card. Setup clients pay by PayNow, or by card through a Stripe invoice. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe tells us whether a payment went through, the amount and the time.
Emails and WhatsApp
We send emails through Resend, an email service. When you tap a WhatsApp button on our site, WhatsApp opens with a message ready for you. Nothing is sent until you press send.
Class recordings
We record our live sessions so participants can watch them later. If you speak or turn on your camera, you may appear in the recording. We share recordings only with people registered for that session, through a private link.
When we run an AI admin for your business
If you’re a setup client, your AI admin reads your customers’ WhatsApp messages so it can reply to them. Under the PDPA, you are responsible for your customers’ data, and we handle it on your behalf.
- Your business data, like prices, stock and orders, stays in your own Google Sheet.
- We keep each chat’s recent messages for 24 hours after the last message, so the AI can follow the conversation. Then they’re deleted automatically.
- Each message is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write the reply.
Who we share it with
We use a few services to run the business. Each one only gets the data it needs to do its job:
- Cloudflare hosts our website and database.
- Stripe takes payments.
- Resend sends our emails.
- Zoom or Google Meet runs our live sessions.
- Google hosts the Google Sheets our setup clients use.
- Meta carries WhatsApp messages.
- Anthropic provides the AI that writes AI admin replies.
We may also share data if the law requires it.
Where your data is stored
Our service providers may store data outside Singapore, and we run the business remotely, so your data may be accessed from outside Singapore. When that happens, we make sure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep it
- AI admin chat history: up to 24 hours after the last message.
- Registration and consult details: as long as we need them to provide our services, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Payment records: as long as Singapore’s tax and accounting rules require.
Cookies and analytics
Our public pages don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies. Stripe may use cookies on its own payment pages.
Your rights
Under the PDPA, you can:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and how we’ve used it
- ask us to correct it
- withdraw your consent, and we’ll stop using your data for that purpose
If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to keep providing a service that needs that data. Email our Data Protection Officer and we’ll reply as soon as we can, and within 30 days.
Data Protection Officer
For any question or concern about your personal data, contact our Data Protection Officer at hello@bisnisajayuk.my.id.
If you’re not happy with our reply, you can contact Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Our Terms explain how our webinars, classes and setups work.
